The Position: Email Support Specialist

As an Email Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly face (well, voice!) of Zomato for our customers who reach out via email. You'll be their go-to person for answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience using Zomato.

• Keep things organized! Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and keep track of ongoing cases.
• Be a team player! Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
