We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team of Zomato Delivery Heroes across India!

Job Summary

As a Zomato Delivery Hero, you'll be the bridge between our restaurant partners and our valued customers. You'll ensure timely and efficient delivery of food orders, providing a friendly and professional experience for everyone.

This role offers a blend of independence and teamwork. You'll plan your own routes, navigate using our app, and deliver orders with care. You'll also be a brand ambassador for Zomato, interacting with customers and restaurants in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from restaurants efficiently and securely.
• Deliver orders to customers within the designated timeframe, maintaining food quality and temperature.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Navigate effectively using the Zomato delivery app to optimize routes and track deliveries.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Zomato's brand image.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with restaurant staff and customers.
• Follow all safety protocols while on the road.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• A valid government ID proof.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid driving license for a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (depending on your preferred mode of transportation).
• Familiarity with your local area is a plus.
