Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate Marketing Associate to join our remote team and support our marketing efforts across various digital channels. You'll collaborate with experienced marketers to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and manage our social media presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) that aligns with brand messaging and target audience needs.
• Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics.
• Research and identify new marketing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with the creation and execution of marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures).
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Proficient in project management and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. We value passion, creativity, and a willingness to learn over extensive experience.
