Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. You will leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of digital marketing trends to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage social media presence: Create engaging content, manage communities, and monitor social media platforms for brand mentions and customer sentiment.
• Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve website traffic and search engine ranking.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including subscriber acquisition, campaign creation, and A/B testing.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to track progress and measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content creation) to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing).
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and a passion for digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

This role is open to both recent graduates (freshers) with a strong academic background in marketing and digital marketing fundamentals, as well as experienced professionals with a proven track record of success in digital marketing.
