Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our growing sales team as a Remote Sales Coordinator. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and provide administrative support to contribute to Myntra's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all data is complete and correct.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their order status, address any inquiries or concerns promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including logistics, warehousing, and customer support, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare presentations and sales documents to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on Myntra's policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies swiftly to minimize customer inconvenience.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (freshers with strong academic performance will also be considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for fashion are encouraged to apply. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
