The Position: Business Development Representative

Are you a superstar communicator with a knack for building relationships? Do you get energized by helping businesses grow? If so, then this Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Myntra might be your perfect fit!

As a BDR, you'll be on the frontlines, connecting with amazing brands and businesses who want to partner with Myntra. You'll play a key role in expanding our reach and bringing on new brands that will excite our fashion-forward customers.

What You'll Do:

• Be a brand discovery whiz! You'll constantly be on the lookout for new and exciting brands that would be a great fit for the Myntra family.
• Turn prospects into partners! You'll reach out to potential brand partners, build strong relationships, and convince them why Myntra is the ideal platform to grow their business.
• Negotiation ninja! You'll work with brands to create win-win partnerships that benefit both Myntra and our partners.
• Be a data detective! You'll analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Craft compelling presentations! You'll create presentations that showcase the power of partnering with Myntra to decision-makers at potential brand partners.
• Team player extraordinaire! You'll collaborate closely with other teams like marketing, merchandising, and sales to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new brands.

Who You Are:

• • A college graduate with a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar field (or you're well on your way to getting that degree!).
  • A natural-born communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You can clearly explain complex ideas in a way that's easy to understand.
  • A relationship-building rockstar! You have a knack for connecting with people and building strong, trusting relationships.
  • A go-getter with a can-do attitude! You're self-motivated, proactive, and always up for a challenge.
  • A data whiz (or at least data-curious)! You're comfortable working with data and using it to inform your decisions.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for what's trending. (Bonus points if you're a Myntra shopper yourself!)
