Job Summary:

We are searching for a self-motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for a specific territory by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will identify potential customers, build strong relationships with them, understand their needs, and present our product portfolio in a compelling way. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their specific requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Indian Oil's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector (freshers with strong academic background will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and develop rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (desirable).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

This position is open to both experienced sales professionals and talented freshers. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector, is required. However, we are also open to considering highly motivated and qualified freshers with a strong academic background.
