Job Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote ICICI Bank's products and services. You'll leverage your communication and relationship-building skills to connect with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and present tailored solutions. This role combines strategic marketing efforts with a strong sales focus, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate brand awareness and leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customer segments and tailor product offerings accordingly.
Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (phone calls, online inquiries, etc.).
Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively presenting ICICI Bank's product features and benefits.
Prepare and deliver presentations on ICICI Bank's offerings to potential customers.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate customer data.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers with strong academic performance will also be considered).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
A target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry (preferred).
