Job Summary
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote ICICI Bank's products and services. You'll leverage your communication and relationship-building skills to connect with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and present tailored solutions. This role combines strategic marketing efforts with a strong sales focus, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate brand awareness and leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customer segments and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (phone calls, online inquiries, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively presenting ICICI Bank's product features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on ICICI Bank's offerings to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate customer data.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers with strong academic performance will also be considered).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- A target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry (preferred).
