Job Summary
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to Flipkart's vast product offerings, and generating sales leads. You'll leverage your communication skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively present Flipkart's value proposition. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to a designated list of potential customers.
- Introduce potential customers to Flipkart's product categories and highlight key benefits.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns to identify relevant product recommendations.
- Effectively address customer inquiries and answer questions about Flipkart's services and policies.
- Generate qualified sales leads by effectively capturing customer information and preferences.
- Maintain accurate call records and data entry to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding telemarketing practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field (for experienced candidates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills to effectively understand customer needs.
- Clear and confident telephone presence with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to set deadlines and targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A computer with a reliable internet connection and a headset is required for this remote position.
Experience Level:
- This role is open to both experienced Telemarketing Executives and those new to the field (freshers). For freshers, a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
