Job Summary:

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets within your designated territory. You'll lead a team of sales representatives, providing them with coaching and guidance to unlock their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role (experience in the paint industry a plus)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
